• Home Inns hit by ‘soft’ market

Home Inns reported a 5.0% year-on-year increase in first quarter revenue to CHY1.47bn (USD236.9m).

Occupancy fell by 2.3% while ADR was flat year-on-year, resulting in a drop of 3.1% in revpar. The company attributed the fall in occupancy to “soft market conditions”.
