• Starhotels grabs London duo
Italian hotel chain Starhotels has acquired two central London hotels, its first move into the UK market. The 51 room Pelham and 50 room Gore were bought from property company Con Ring, advised by KPMG.

Family owned Starhotels has an existing portfolio of 22 hotels across Italy, in Paris and New York. Starhotels bid more than GBP43m to secure the properties in competition with a number of other investors.
