Online agent Skyscanner has successfully appealed a decision on rate parity from the UK’s Office of Fair Trading. The OFT, now renamed the Competition & Markets Authority, has been told to rethink its ruling, reports the Daily Mail.

Starwood has signed a new Four Points hotel for Nigeria. The Sheraton Ikot Ekpene will have 146 rooms and is scheduled to open in 2015.
India eases visas
Indian prime minister Narendra Modi has promised to make it easier for tourists to enter the country. Visas on arrival, plus simpler visas for those of Indian origin will be issued, reports Bloomberg.
