• Prague Hilton for sale

Receivers are expecting to sell the 791 room Hilton in Prague for around EUR180m. Hilton’s contract on the property has only a short time to run, offering buyers a rebranding opportunity, reports the Sunday Times.

The hotel was bought in 2004 by Irish entrepreneur Sean Quinn, who was once Ireland’s richest man, but was discharged from bankruptcy earlier this month. More than EUR50m has been invested in upgrading the hotel recently, according to agents JLL.
