• Loyalty misses the mark

Hotel groups are failing to impress guests with their loyalty programme offerings. Research by Oracle Hospitality reveals a mismatch as hoteliers think they are providing what guests want.

Just 22% of guests think loyalty programmes are mostly relevant, against 54% of hoteliers. And 30% of guests say they rarely join loyalty programmes.
