• IHG buys Six Senses

IHG has acquired luxury resorts brand Six Senses. A USD300m deal with seller Pegasus Capital Advisors gives IHG the brand, and management of 16 properties.

The Six Senses business currently generates fee revenues of USD13m. A further 18 properties are signed into the pipeline, with IHG looking to spur further growth.
