Hilton group has signed a deal to open a second Doubletree branded hotel in Mexico. It will take on the former Hotel ITER Internacional Aeropuerto Terminal 2 at Mexico city’s Benito Juarez airport. The 96 room hotel will open following refurbishment in autumn 2011.
The hotel will be managed by Operadora de Hoteles y Restaurantes ITER, SA de CV. Earlier this year, Hilton announced the signing of the Doubletree by Hilton, Merida, which is scheduled to open next spring, and the company is in negotiations for further Latin American openings.
