• Hoxton Hotel to be sold

The Hoxton Hotel in London is reported to be coming to market in the new year, with a price of around £65m.

The property will be sold by Sinclair Beecham, the founder of the Pret A Manger sandwich chain, through Knight Frank, according to The Sunday Times. Beecham was backed by Bridges Ventures, the community investment firm run by former Apax dealmaker Sir Ronald Cohen.
