LaSalle Hotel Properties has bought three hotels in three separate deals in the US for a total of $292.5m (£189.1m).
The group, which now owns 36 hotels in the US, acquired the Hotel Monaco San Francisco for $68.5m, the Westin Philadelphia for $145.0m and the Embassy Suites Philadelphia – Center City for $79.0m. It also sold the Seaview Resort for $20.0m. The company funded the acquisitions with borrowings under its senior unsecured credit facility and from available cash.
