• London occupancy to hit 90%

London hotels will see occupancy reach 90% in the third quarter of 2011, according to the latest PricewaterhouseCoopers UK Hotels Forecast.

For the year as a whole, PwC forecast 5.1% rate growth to £130, with occupancy up 4.1% to 85% and revpar up 9.3% to £110.65. Outside the capital occupancy was predicted to rise 0.7% to 67%, with rate up 2.5% to £62.50 and revpar up 3.2% to £42.
