• Mandarin Oriental to focus on China

Mandarin Oriental International said it would double its international presence in the next three years with China as its major focus.

The hotel investment and management group will increase its deluxe hotels and resorts from 24 to 42. The chain also announced it would manage a new luxury hotel in Doha, the capital of Qatar. Hotels in Taipei, Milan, Moscow and Costa Rica are all under development and there is possibility it will open a hotel in Bali, Indonesia, news wires reported.
