• RBS to sell Hilton Hotels

The Royal Bank of Scotland is reportedly putting the six remaining Hilton Hotels it owns on the market for a total asking price of £200m.

The hotels up for sale include Hilton Warwick, Hilton Brighton Metropole, Hilton St Anne’s Manor in Bracknell, Hilton Glasgow, Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor and the Hilton Manchester Airport. The sale is being handled by CB Richard Ellis Hotels. The bank recently sold the Cumberland in London for £215m and is believed to be finalising the sale of the Grosvenor House hotel for around £500m.
