Sanguine Hospitality Management Group is to raise £100m to develop 16 new hotels.
The group owns and operates eight hotels and restaurants through licensed agreements with Wyndham, InterContinental, Hilton and Marco Pierre White. It is raising the money through Trident. Some of the hotels will be new properties built through the group’s construction company Denizen Contracts. The rest will be developed in former office blocks in prime city-centres. New hotels under development include Hotel Indigo Liverpool, Hotel Indigo Newcastle, Days Inn Liverpool, and two Holiday Inn Express properties in Hoylake and Southport. Five Marco Pierre White branded restaurants are also due to be launched by Sanguine.
