Finnish company Sunborn has revealed plans to locate luxury yacht hotels in London and Gibraltar. The London vessel will be moored next to London’s Excel exhibition centre, having 138 rooms, and will be operated by ISS.

IHG has signed to open a Holiday Inn in Plovdiv, Bulgaria’s second city. The 68 room hotel will be converted from an office building close to the city’s fair grounds, which have more than 600,000 visitors a year.
