• Four Seasons cancelled

Plans to build a luxury Four Seasons hotel and apartments in London’s City financial district have been abandoned. Veteran developer Gerald Ronson failed to find a development partner and will sell the site, reports the London Times.

Ronson signed Four Seasons in 2009, and won planning approval for the Heron Plaza tower project. A recent attempt to sell the site to Hong Kong buyers for GBP93m has fallen through.
