A Ferrari themed hotel is planned as part of a new theme park, due to open in Spain in 2016. The 250 room hotel will be part of a theme park at the PortAventura complex near Barcelona, reports NBC.

Seibu IPO scaled back
Japanese hotel owner Seibu has cut the size of its IPO by three quarters, after shareholder Cerberus opted not to offer stock for sale. The ISD491m sale will offer shares at up to 30% lower than the indicative price mentioned in March, reports Bloomberg.
