• Italian luxury listing

Italian luxury hotels including the Danieli in Venice and Four Seasons in Milan could be listed this summer. Owner Gruppo Statuto aims to put its luxury hotel holdings into a new EUR1.5bn investment vehicle, reports the Financial Times.

JP Morgan and Banca IMI have been hired to plan the listing, which takes advantage of soaring investor interest in Italian luxury. Also to be included is the new Mandarin Oriental, due to open in Milan in 2015.
