Commune links with Alila
US based Commune Hotels has linked with Singapore’s Alila Hotels and Resorts to create a global hotel management platform. The pairing comes after Commune investor Geolo Capital, the Pritzker family investment vehicle, bought into Alila.
Court backs mis-selling claim
The High Court has backed a UK hotelier in their claim for being mis-sold an interest rate product by Barclays Bank. The bank had argued the claim from Kays Hotels was time barred, as it was more than six years since the product had been sold, reports the London Times.
