• Radisson Limerick deal
Irish investor iNua Hospitality has bought the Radisson Blu hotel in Limerick for EUR3.5m. The company aims to double the size of its portfolio in the next year, reports the Irish Examiner.

The hotel was bought from receivers at KPMG, and will join another Radisson in Cork, bought by iNua last November for EUR8m. Within the last 10 years, each hotel was valued at between EUR30-40m.
