• Satisfaction riding high
Hotel guest satisfaction has reached new highs, according to the latest study of the US market by JD Power. Millennial hotel guests are more critical, but ultimately no less loyal, the survey found.

While more guests scrutinise hotel choices before buying, less now buy on price. Exciting, trendsetting brands get positive recommendations, while those perceived as environmentally irresponsible get more negative comments.
