• Hilton upgrades outlook
Hilton saw systemwide revpar increase 6.7% in the second quarter, on a currency neutral basis, with Middle East and Africa the only region negative. The strong performance has led management to increase full year outlook. 

Hilton opened 56 hotels in the second quarter, and claims the industry’s largest pipeline at 18% of global construction planned, or 210,000 rooms. So far this year, its Conrad and Home2Suites brands have seen strongest revpar growth.
