• Greek boutique opportunity
Greek authorities are selling 14 disused properties on Greek islands as potential boutique hotels. The package includes eight former Xenia hotels, plus a villa built for Mussolini, reports Bloomberg.

The sales are part of the country’s asset sale programme to reduce debts, which has been slow to get started. A record 20 million tourist visitors are expected to visit Greece this year.
