Bespoke adds Hallmark

 

Hotel management company Bespoke has been contracted to manage the eight strong Hallmark chain. Investor Topland has bought Hallmark, and will be adding it to the previously acquired Menzies UK brand.

Investor Algonquin has emerged the successful bidder for the Novotel in Liverpool, paying GBP13.15m. The 209 room hotel was sold by administrators on behalf of Irish bank NAMA.
