• Satisfaction champions

Center Parcs, P&O Cruises and Premier Inn emerged top performers for customer satisfaction in the tourism sector, in a recent survey. Overall, the sector’s average satisfaction levels fell slightly over the last six months, reports the Institute of Customer Service. 

More than other industry sectors, customers use social media to voice a complaint. The ICS says organisations need to be adept at responding quickly, to minimise the impact of problems.
