• Dalata buys duo

Irish hotelier Dalata has bought two hotels in Galway and Wexford, paying EUR31.7m. The company has been operating the pair under management contracts since 2009, reports RTE.

The properties were sold by agents CRED as part of Ulster Bank’s Project Nadal disposals. The two four star hotels add more than 350 rooms to Dalata’s owned portfolio.
