• Egyptian projects revived

Egyptian group Orascom plans to restart hotel projects that were put on hold after the country’s 2011 uprising. The Four Seasons in El Gouna is among mothballed developments to restart, reports Bloomberg.
Orascom executives say the situation in Egypt has stabilised, while tourist arrivals are increasing. The company raised USD71m this month by selling a 15% stake in the company, allowing it to resume trading on the local stock market.
