Fund manager Invesco has sold its 6% shareholding in Euro Disney. The move was revealed as the theme park operator announces those shareholders that will support its EUR420m rights issue, reports the Telegraph.
Invesco doubled its stake in Euro Disney in the last two years, over which time the shares have fallen in value by nearly one third. Parent Walt Disney owns almost 40% of the company, while Saudi Prince Alwaleed has a further 10%.
