    Zleep signs Hannover

    Budget brand Zleep has signed its third hotel in Germany. The 124 room new build property will open in Hannover in late 2022. The Hannover project will be delivered by development partner Krasemann Immobilien. In August, Zleep signed an additional site in Glostrup, Denmark.     Peel sells in Leeds

    Peel Hotels has sold its Cosmopolitan hotel in central Leeds. The 89 room property, marketed at GBP4.95m, has been bought by start-up Belfont Hotels, reports The Business Desk. Belfont, a joint venture by the Thakerar and Dhamecha families, is seeking further hotels in UK cities. The disposal leaves Peel with seven hotels around the UK. [...]

    Thai restructure

    HongKong and Shanghai Hotels is to buy out its partner in the Peninsula Bangkok. The USD70m deal gives HSH full control over the development, management and operations of the hotel.     Dalata fundraise

    Irish hotel group Dalata has launched a share placing, to build additional funds for expansion.
