    Forum redevelopment approved

    Investors Queensgate Investments and Rockwell have won consent for redevelopment of their Kensington Forum hotel in London. The project, previously rejected, has been approved after concessions to improve public space around the block, reports Building.     Whitbread German signing

    Whitbread reported first half revenues down 76.9% at GBP250.8m and an adjusted pre-tax loss of GBP367.4m. The company has signed 15 more hotels in Germany, conversions from the Centro, Ninetynine and Fourside brands.     IHCL eyes Viceroy

    Indian Hotels is in talks to acquire Viceroy Hotels & Resorts. The move would add more than a dozen luxury hotels to the portfolio, reports the Economic Times.
