    Four in Thailand for Marriott

    Marriott has signed to add four luxury hotels in Thailand, with partner Asset World Corp. A Ritz-Carlton Reserve, JW Marriott Marquis and two Autograph Collection properties are included in the deal.     Thai hotelier Dusit Intl has signed its first Dusit branded hotel in Japan. The 150 room Dusit Thani Kyoto will operate under a management agreement with Yasuda Real Estate Co.     PPHE pushes on

    Total revenues were down 74.2% in Q3 at PPHE. In volatile trading after a stronger summer, occupancy averaged 29.8% across the portfolio.
