Hotels in the Dorchester Collection are facing a growing backlash against new laws introduced in Brunei, whose investment agency owns the properties. Deutsche Bank is among clients who have vowed to quit the chain, reports Reuters.
Public criticism has forced the Collection to suspend its social media accounts. Other high profile clients have cancelled bookings at the group, which includes The Dorchester, The Beverly Hills Hotel, Principe di Savoia and Hotel Bel-Air.
