A consortium of South Korean investors has bought the Hilton in Vienna for USD375m. The asset will be held through a fund to be created by Seoul-based Mastern Investment Management, reports Pulse Korea.
Hilton renewed the lease on the 660 room hotel last year, for a further 20 years minimum. The deal includes a USD75m remodelling of the property, to take place over the next year.
