Accor has established a hotline to enable its hotels to provide alternative accommodation quickly. The group is working with local authorities to house the homeless, and supporting medical staff.

The CEDA helpdesk has already coordinated the delivery of homeless accommodation at more than 40 sites around France. The team is working with public bodies and professional associations to meet new, and emerging needs.
